Our classes are open to Canadian citizens, permanent residents, refugees and adult international students.
We offer two main programs:
LINC - Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada
- LINC is a program funded by the Government of Canada.
- It is for permanent residents and refugees only and teaches fundamental English language skills.
- Before you register, you must have your language assessed by LARCC (Language Assessment, Referral & Counselling Centre).

EAL/ESL (English as an Additional Language)
- EAL/ESL is a program funded by the Government of Alberta through the Foundational Learning Assistance program.
- If you are not eligible for funding, you can pay to take classes.
- Before you register, you must have your language assessed by LARCC (Language Assessment, Referral & Counselling Centre).
